What is Pipeline Development?
Building a pipeline of qualified and interested diverse candidates over a defined period of time for current and future hiring needs within the company. WSS maintains contact with the selected candidates and keeps them engaged through communication, while continuing to add to the diverse pool of candidates. WSS will find top talent, screen the candidates, conduct interviews, prepare summaries and share this information with the client during the defined period of time. Talent Pipelining may be ideal when a client has many roles or would like to hire multiple people for the same role over a period of 4-12 months. WSS will closely monitor the most desired and qualified talent with the end goal of the candidate eventually being hired by the client.
