Uncovering the target talent with criteria defined by the client depending on the current or future needs of the company. The report generated may include information such as name, company, geographical information, compensation & diversity information. Talent Mapping may be a fit for a company that has hiring needs on the horizon. It is a process that helps determine future talent needs and source high-potential candidates for future recruitment and develop a strategy to fill specific skills and talent gaps. This process does not involve full interviews.
