Jamila Sampson, Managing Director

WSS Executive Search is proud to announce Jamila Sampson as the new Managing Director. “I couldn’t be more pleased, Jamila will lead WSS at this time,” says Heidesch. She brings years of proven search experience encompassing multiple industries including consumer products and services, retail, hospitality, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, distribution, professional services, financial services, technology, higher education, and non-profit companies. Her proficiency spans across all functional areas, including HR, operations, accounting, finance, sales, and marketing, from the individual contributor level to C-suite.

Jamila is an intuitive search consultant and high impact communicator with a clear understanding of the end-to-end recruitment life cycle and search process. She sources and connects with top professionals within mid-tier to Fortune 500 corporations and has led and participated on many strategic and successful placements over the past several years, including numerous diversity focused placements.

During her free time, Jamila is an avid traveler and active theatergoer. She’s also vocalist for a local band and the barbershop group Georgia Sensation. WSS is proud to honor Jamila in this new role.
